1. Personal data

Account opening for individuals 

While using Company’s service, Orbios asks You to provide Company with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, including full name, email address, phone number, address, postal code, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, ID/passport number, personal code financial account details and your (or your relatives’) status as a politically exposed person (PEP). Additionally, Company may collect information about You and Your business from third parties for the purposes of identification and verification as Company is obliged to in accordance with legal causes.
Provision of personal data related to account opening is mandatory. Without this information, we will not be able to provide to you our services.  

Account opening for legal entities

If you are opening a company account, we ask for the following contact person data: full name, position, phone number, and e-mail address.  

We are also obligated to ask for the following personal data of the company’s beneficial owner (UBO): first and last name, date of birth, place of birth, ID number and country of issue of the ID document, citizenship, PEP status of the UBO or UBO’s relatives, source of income, residential address, postal address, e-mail address and phone number.  
 

Third party data

In order to verify customers’ identity and to perform other obligatory “know your customer” (KYC) procedures such as checking customers’ PEP status, we rely on third party service providers.  

We may receive from such third party service providers customers’ data such as photography of face, photography of ID document, identity check status, involvement in court procedures or relevant criminal record, applicable sanctions, and status as PEP.  

2. Transaction information

In terms of usage of Company’s services Orbios saves Your information such as transaction type, transaction amount, payer’s details (such as card, name, email), address transaction comes from/sent to for the purpose of implementing Company’s services.

3. Usage data

Company may also collect information about how the service is accessed and used (hereinafter Usage Data).
